How do I reset my password?

  1. Navigate to and click Log In.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your email address and click Reset Password.
  4. In your email account, watch for an email from AcreValue with a subject of Password Reset Request. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder.
  5. Click Change Password.

Note: The Change Password link expires. Change your password as soon as you get the email.

  1. Clicking the link will take you to a new tab on your browser. The page is called 'Enter a new password'.
  2. Enter a NEW PASSWORD.
  4. Click Save Changes.

On the home page, you should see a message that says you have successfully updated your password. If you continue to have password trouble, please contact support via chat, email, or phone call.
