Why can't I access the search filters?
Search filters are only available to AcreValue Pro Plus and Pro Premium subscribers.
For AcreValue Pro Plus and Pro Premium users, the advanced filters are available only from a desktop or laptop, not from a mobile device.
If you see the "Filters are temporarily unavailable" message from a desktop or laptop, adjust your browser settings or zoom out to use the filters.
On a Windows desktop or laptop, press CTRL + - (the minus key) to zoom out and access the filters. You might have to press CTRL + - multiple times.
On an Apple desktop or laptop, press Command + - (the minus key) to zoom out. You might have to do this multiple times.
You may also need to expand your internet window to the edges of your screen.
